Here at I Pet Sit we will care for dogs who may have been unwell or are recovering from an operation or are just elderly. Sadly our furry friends can become ill while you are away or even pass over the “rainbow bridge”. We need you to write down (below) what you would want to happen and we can discuss this in more detail when we meet at our Meet & Greet appointment. Your wishes for your furry friend will be followed as far as possible.

You may also wish to speak with your vet and ask what options they provide. We also provide a cremation service of your pet if needed.

I Pet Sit agree:

1. To make every reasonable effort to ensure the good health, cleanliness, comfort, safety and happiness of your pet, covered by this agreement.
2. To confirm all bookings for Doggy Day Care or a vacation stay in writing either with e-mail or Facebook
3. We match dogs to be compatible where possible and socialise them to ensure they get along together. We will do this with you through familiarisation visits at Doggy Day Care and careful introductions within the pack (our family of visiting dogs). We also have doggy gates throughout the house for safety and security of the dogs.
4. To be responsible for your pet at all times of this contract.
5. To make your pet’s stay or visit interesting and fun in a safe environment to play and rest.
6. To send you updates on your pet via email or our Facebook page.
7. We have a comfortable isolation room if a dog is recovering from an operation or may be unwell and needs a quiet area to recover.
8. Time keeping: here at ‘I Pet Sit’ we try to be flexible with our appointed drop off and collection times, we ask that you arrive at the arranged times as we run a timed routine for all the dogs which includes walks, feeding and play time. If you are delayed, please let us know and we are happy to arrange new times. Thank you!

You The Owner agree:

1. To take every step to ensure your dog (bitch) will not be in season over her stay at ‘I Pet Sit’. We would still care for your dog but due to the extra work load of walking your dog separately and keeping it away from other dogs, extra help will be required. The daily rate for this would be £30 on top of the contract fee.
2. To provide all food and sundry items, grooming equipment and equipment for the care of your pet – named/labelled and clean. Alternatively, you can agree to reimburse I Pet Sit for any food, supplies or cleaning, grooming bought for your pet during the pet stay.
3. Please ensure your dog is on the leash/lead, harness when delivering your dog to I Pet Sit.
4. All dog blankets, bedding and towels to be clean and named on arrival at I Pet Sit. This is important to stop the spread of disease or flea’s. We will endeavour to wash your dog’s bedding, towels, blankets and the odd cuddly at the end of vacation stays only.
5. To provide your usual Vet’s address and contact details and all relevant details for your pet’s health.
6. To give the following full details:
   1. Date of last worming treatment. Must be in the last two months
   2. Vaccinations up to date.
   3. Passport/documentation, to be left with I Pet Sit.
   4. Full health details of your dog.
   5. To inform I Pet Sit of any changes in health or behaviour.
7. Please arrive at your allocated/arranged time. We work to a routine with the dogs; dog walking, play and feed timings. We can have your furry friend waiting for you with all their belongings and we distract our other dogs so they don’t become too excited.
8. Doggy Day Care: Please note that drop off should be done quickly and at your allotted time. If you have any information you wish to inform us about, please write an e-mail or Facebook us with the details. Morning drop off is our busiest time, please help us keep to the timetable of play and lots of fun with your dogs. Dog’s love routine and on arrival like to go straight out to play and to the toilet, so we don’t like to keep your dog waiting.
